Cimenfort: a digital platform on top of SAP, with AI in accounting

For Cimenfort, a cement producer in Benguela and part of Grupo Genea, we built Portal Myra: BI, HR, purchasing and production integrated with SAP, replacing a no-code system fed by manual exports. Around Myra sits an ecosystem of systems for the group companies — with AI that reads invoices and drafts proposals, always with human approval before anything reaches SAP.

  • Automated SAP integration: RFC reads (1.4M+ rows) and purchase orders and journal entries written back via BAPI
  • 10 BI dashboards for leadership and live TV dashboards on the factory floor (Myra Live)
  • Mobile-first employee portal and HR workflows — leave, payslips, timesheets and approvals
  • AI invoice reading that produces journal entries under the Angolan chart of accounts, with VAT and withholding: 0 errors on 10 real invoices in model testing
  • Multi-company, with permissions by module, action and company, and automated deployments
